Morning Max may use advertising measurement and attribution technologies to understand whether our advertising campaigns result in app installs, subscriptions, or other interactions.
4.1 Meta Platforms
Morning Max uses technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including the Meta/Facebook SDK, to support advertising measurement, attribution, analytics, and optimization.
Depending on your device, permissions, configuration, and use of Morning Max, information made available to Meta may include:
App installation or activation events

Device and app information
App version
Operating-system information
Device or app identifiers

Meta may process information it receives in accordance with its own privacy terms and policies.
Morning Max does not use Facebook Login and does not require a Facebook account to use Morning Max.
4.2 App Tracking Transparency
On supported Apple devices, Morning Max may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework.
If you grant tracking permission, Morning Max and applicable advertising partners may access or use advertising identifiers, such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA"), and related data for purposes such as:
Measuring advertising effectiveness
Attributing installs or actions to advertisements
Understanding which advertising campaigns result in users
Advertising optimization
Measuring marketing performance
If you decline the ATT request, Morning Max will not enable advertiser-identifier collection through our Meta integration based on that permission.
You can still use Morning Max if you decline tracking permission.
Declining ATT does not necessarily prevent all privacy-preserving or non-IDFA advertising measurement. Limited app events or technical information may still be processed where permitted by Apple and applicable law.
You can change your tracking permission through your iOS privacy settings.
Apple defines tracking as linking information collected from an app with third-party data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement in certain circumstances. Morning Max uses Apple's ATT controls accordingly.
4.3 Apple Advertising Attribution
Morning Max and advertising partners may also use Apple-provided privacy-preserving advertising attribution technologies, such as SKAdNetwork or other Apple attribution frameworks, where applicable.
These systems are designed to help measure advertising conversions while limiting access to identifying information.
5. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reporting
We use technical monitoring and diagnostic services to understand crashes, errors, application hangs, performance problems, and other reliability issues.
Sentry
Morning Max uses Sentry for crash reporting, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
Sentry may process technical information such as:
App version and build
Device model
Operating system
Crash information
Error information
Performance information
App lifecycle information
Technical breadcrumbs associated with an error
Other technical diagnostic information
We configure Sentry to limit unnecessary personal information collection.
Morning Max currently does not intentionally use Sentry to collect proof photos or videos for diagnostics, and we do not currently enable Sentry Session Replay for normal application monitoring.
Diagnostic information is used to identify and correct bugs, crashes, performance problems, and security or reliability issues.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate, maintain, improve, monetize, analyze, and market Morning Max.
These providers may process information where necessary to provide their services.

Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
Legal compliance
Accounting requirements

You may contact:
for privacy or deletion-related requests.
Deleting your Morning Max account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Apple subscriptions must be managed or cancelled separately through your Apple account.
11. Your Choices and Controls
Depending on your device and applicable law, you may have several controls concerning your information.
You may:
Update certain account information
Change Morning Max settings
Change camera permissions through iOS
Change applicable Screen Time permissions through iOS
Grant or decline Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission
Change tracking permission through iOS settings
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple
Request deletion of your Morning Max account
Contact us regarding privacy questions or requests
Certain permissions are necessary for particular Morning Max features.
For example, disabling Screen Time-related permissions may prevent app blocking from functioning, and disabling camera permission may prevent proof-capture functionality.
Declining advertising tracking permission does not prevent you from using Morning Max's core functionality.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
